Sometimes a visitor needs a real person — the question's too nuanced, they're frustrated, or they just ask outright to talk to someone. Right now the chatbot can only fall back to "I don't know" and the visitor walks away. We need a way to hand off cleanly. When the bot can't help, it should collect the visitor's email, let them know a human will follow up, and notify the team so someone can actually reply. Configurable per chatbot — opt-in, with the team's choice of email and/or webhook destinations.

I'm having an issue where the bot is providing a link to my website homepage, rather than to specific pages it references. For example, I've asked it to link pages it is using to answer certain topics, however it links the home page, but marks up the URL to make it look like a specific page.

Update sources based on sitemap
At the moment, any outdated or removed pages need to be identified and deleted manually, which can be time-consuming. We can implement a functionality where the crawler periodically updates the pages based on the sitemap. For example, if you could upload or link to the sitemap directly, the crawler could automatically remove pages that are no longer listed in the sitemap. This would ensure the knowledge base stays up to date without requiring manual intervention.

Currently it seems not to be possible to access a PDF which has been used to train the chatbot. See the image attached. It should be possible to download the document in order to see what was included.

Stop Generating button
A small added tweak that would be nice is a "Stop" generating button. This would tell the bot to stop generating its current output. I recently had a long post, and it was writing, and I had to wait about 30 seconds until it was finished. Having a button to stop it in the future would be helpful.

Follow-up questions broken?
As you will see in my screenshot, the chatbot does not respond to me in the way I expect it to. The chatbot ends with a a question, and when I answer with 'yes' the conversation seems to be starting all over again. So the feeling the the chatbot 'understands' me or gets my intention, is not there in this product, I feel. I love the features of you product and the interface, but for an AI chatbot in 2024, this is not what I expect, it feels more as an old-fashioned rule based bot. BTW This is not the only example. Or is there a way to mitigate this?

Missing translation for 3 texts
In order to provide the best user experience for non english users, I'd need to get 3 texts translated. These texts are : For actions : the "Performing action" and "Action completed" texts For the new Leads features : the "submit" text for the submit button (as the rest of the form is translatable) Hope that makes sense and can be added in the roadmap !
