Get conversations by api

Is it possible to enable an endpoint to obtain all conversations via ID and to obtain all messages of a conversation by conversation ID?

The idea is to be able to perform a periodic download of this information in some way to be able to analyze the most frequent comments and responses as well as the possible adjustments that may be required in each chatbot.
